Gong Bath for Big Island residents
Gong Bath is also known as “Gong Meditation” or Sonic Massage”. I play a collection of gongs and sound instruments for an hour to facilitate your meditation, relaxation and healing. At the end, we spend five minutes of Shunyata (silence). Then, I gently bring you back to earth with chimes. I ask the group to share their experience or I will answer questions. If there is no question, I usually teach Energy Medicine at this time. The Gong Room opened at my Kealakekua Bay Healing Place on November 19, 2017, I offer Gong Bath bi-monthly on the Second and Fourth Saturday from 2pm to 3.30pm.
