The first full moon of the New Year is usually celebrated all over China by everyone. People are all joyfully out in the streets with lanterns, festive garment, food vendors and artists performing.  This wraps up the New Year holidays- the Chinese don't get other "public" holidays. This day is also traditionally considered "a lovers day".
