Gong bath for Autumn Equinox
Come to transition from the summer's high activity and growth to the autumn's rest, relax and rejuvenation time. The Equinox is actually 10.21am on Thursday, September 22 but I am doing it in the evening in order for those of you who work 9 to 5 can attend. Love and light to all of you. Alice
Gong Bath is also known as “Gong Meditation” or Sonic Massage”. I play a collection of gongs and sound instruments for an hour to facilitate your meditation, relaxation and healing. At the end, we spend five minutes of Shunyata (silence). Then, I gently bring you back to earth with chimes. I ask the group to share their experience or I will answer questions. If there is no question, I usually teach Energy Medicine at this time. The Gong Room opened at my Kealakekua Bay Healing Place on November 19, 2017, I offer Gong Bath bi-monthly on the Second and Fourth Saturday from 2pm to 3.30pm.
