Sunday Gong Bath
Gong Bath is also known as “Gong Meditation”, Sound Healing, or Sonic Massage. I play a collection of gongs and sound instruments for an hour to facilitate your meditation, rejuvenation, and healing. Amongst all the healing I have studied, I feel the gongs frequencies most effectively move my energies. At the end of a bath, I gently bring you back with Koshi chimes. Many yoga classes are using gongs at the end of the class during “savasana”. I ask the group to share their experience or I will answer questions. If there is no question, I usually teach Energy Medicine at this time. The Gong Room opened at my Kealakekua Bay Healing Place on November 19, 2017, I offer Gong Bath bi-monthly on the Second and Fourth Saturday from 2pm to 3.30pm.
